Students were asked to choose a painting found in one of the major museums in Paris, more often the Louvre or d'Orsay, in order to break the image down into generalized color/value areas, and render it as a collage. Here, the "Portrait of Baldassarre Castiglione" by Raphael is the subject of analysis.
